Life Skills: SEQUENCING School- Secondary High School Back to School
Sequencing School Routines: Life Skills & Daily Activities
Help students build the life skill of going to school by sequencing detailed, real-life images related to school routines. Unlike general sequencing decks that cover multiple ADLs, this deck is all about school!
✔ 7 three-step sequences & 3 four-step sequences
✔ Focuses on key school routines like opening lockers, getting on the bus, standing in line, getting to class, and more
Two Levels of Support:
Level 1: Each square has a "listen" button for verbal cues (e.g., "2nd, she raises her hand.")
Level 2: The same sequences, but without verbal cues, encouraging independent sequencing.
Possible Goals to Target:
Sequencing school routines
Answering yes/no questions (Should he get on the bus now?)
Answering WH- questions (What class do you think they are in?)
Describing (There are only two students in the class.)
Problem-solving (What will happen if he shouts out an answer?)
Using first, next, last
A great resource for special education, speech therapy, and life skills instruction!
